I’m a passionate home cook turned professional chef. I began my culinary journey at home in the Highlands of Scotland, where as a child, we were surrounded by good food, made with love.
That journey continued after becoming a finalist on BBC’s MasterChef. An incredible experience that changed everything.
Since then, I’ve been blending my background in marketing with a vibrant new life in food.
In April 2024, I released my debut cookbook, Kith—a heartfelt collection of seasonal Scottish recipes inspired by the people and places I love. It’s available now in all good bookshops. My second cookbook, ‘Feast’ will be released in October 2025.
Today, I wear many hats: chef, food writer, culinary event host, private dining caterer and broadcaster. Every day in the kitchen is a joy, and I’m so grateful to be able share that joy with you.
